Fulfillment Policy

The proposal, invoice, checkout page, or subscription agreement for your specific purchase may include additional fulfillment terms and will control if different from this general policy.

Consulting and pre-inspection services

These services are customized. After an inquiry or payment, we confirm scope, property details, travel requirements, availability, and a mutually acceptable service date. A purchase does not by itself guarantee a requested date until Kendra REAC confirms it in writing.

On-site and virtual training

Training is scheduled after registration or an accepted proposal. Joining instructions, location details, required materials, and any preparation steps are sent to the purchaser's provided email address. Attendance certificates and included digital materials are supplied after or during the program as described in the offer.

Digital products

Digital manuals, downloads, or access instructions are generally delivered electronically to the email used at checkout. Check spam or junk folders and contact us if delivery is not received. Digital files are licensed for the purchaser's authorized use and may not be redistributed unless expressly permitted.

Physical products

If a physical product is offered, the checkout or written quote will identify applicable shipping charges, destination restrictions, and estimated delivery timing. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers, weather, availability, or address issues.

Application subscriptions

NspirePro application access is provisioned under the applicable subscription agreement after payment and account approval. Login instructions are sent electronically. Application-specific support and device limits are described on the application pricing or terms page.

Incorrect information or delays

Customers are responsible for accurate contact, property, billing, and delivery information. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve fulfillment issues promptly. Please contact us before disputing a charge so we can investigate.
